A shot of a theater production on my wife's birthday cruise on Carnival Sunshine. This was a production called "Studio VIP" which included interaction with the audience. It really made for a toe-tapping performance!
This was shot with a Fuji
X100S with a TCL adapter attached. Really had started getting used to
the 50mm FOV. What I really like about this shot is the one person in
the audience in the lower left corner of the image. As another cruise
approaches, I am considering getting a second X100S to permanently mount
the WCL adapter on. Love the idea of having two focal lengths when in
port and the weight with the pair would be less than my old Nikon D2H
with the 18-200mm lens mounted. Granted I lose the long end of the Nikon
lens with my Fujis but I have started to learn to live with that. After
all, if a single camera and 50mm lens was good enough for Henri
Cartier-Bresson, I should be satisfied with a couple of bodies and two
As always, make a comment!! Let me know what you think! Until next time, keep on shooting...
