Since relocating back to Georgia in 2012, there has been one thing that both my wife and I miss and that is living on the water's edge. While we did not live on the Gulf of Mexico, we were about a half mile from the beach on a coastal dune lake. In the evenings, we would turn on some smooth jazz, pour a glass of wine, and just watch the world go by on the lake.
There is something about being on the water's edge that is so soothing to the soul and allows one to just let the day's stress melt away.
People are drawn to the water. The need to immerse oneself into the water brings a sense of newness that cannot be found any other way.
As always, make a comment!! Let me know what you think! Until next time, keep on shooting.....
