Still homebound while trying to get over a pair of ills, I delved back into the archives for an image. This one is from a shoot at a local beach apparel shop called Beach Bums. My wife, a reporter with the newspaper, was doing a business article on the operation. Initially, I went to take some photos of the owner but wanted to also have some pics of the facility. I asked the owner, half jokingly, if she had someone who would be willing to model some of the suits. She immediately said "yes" so I had the opportunity to shoot this young lady in several of bikinis and one-piece suits.
This image caught my eye recently when I noticed the advertisement on the left. I had not noticed I had two pairs of "eyes" looking at the camera.
Her name is Melissa and she was an absolute joy to work with. I hope she is doing well. This was shot on a Nikon D2Hs with a Nikkor 18-200mm superzoom, a lens I used quite often on travel. It was shot with available light in the store that I thought worked out perfectly.
As always, make a comment!! Let me know what you think! Until next time, keep on shooting.....
